About the role

We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join our vibrant Growth & Marketing team based in Athens. A successful new joiner will assist our efforts to ensure marketing campaigns achieve their objectives. They will work directly with the Head of Marketing to create, execute and monitor the performance of campaigns and provide all the resources required to meet sales targets.


  • Create integrated marketing campaigns for different market segments to gain new customers and build repeat trade-ins
  • Define the user journey for campaigns and promos, improving the user experience to increase conversions
  • Supervise the execution, monitor and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
  • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
  • Test and optimize the customer experience to ensure the highest levels of customer conversion is occurring from website visitors and in-store visits
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators and printers, who will deliver much of the campaign activity, to ensure that brand identity is adhered to

Job requirements

Must have

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, digital marketing or related fields (MSc would be considered valuable)
  • 2-3 years in a Campaign Manager related role
  • Ability to strategise and implement content strategies
  • A positive attitude and a growth mindset
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

Nice to have

  • Previous work experience in a tech startup
